A friend asked what home means to me, and I shrugged off the question. I know what my studio
means, and my family, and my dog. But home?

OK, maybe home is a studio with a bed and kitchen somewhere, a dog bed, a bookcase, two computers minimum…

But home is supposed to be more than just the stuff you need— a special place, or a special feel that a place
can take on. When my friend asked, I didn’t know what that was.

The question must have bit a little deeper than I realized, because here are these paintings.
